Well, the overall construction of the product is good. However, our bike trailer came with a bottom that had a huge crack in it. When we asked for a replacement, we were sent a used one, not a new one which did not make us very happy. Also, we have been trying for months to order 2 additional couplings Type "B" and they are constantly on back order.

Rating Great value, good trailer

For the price, you can't beat this trailer. I mostly have small complaints about it but overall I'm very happy with my purchase. I use this to haul around building supplies, produce, compost and my 70 lb. lab when he gets tired of running along the side. I have full confidence in this trailer. With some straps you can haul a lot stuff! Rides smooth. I wish it had a liner that wasn't so smooth so things are less likely to slide around on. Some items that were not clear to me when I purchased it and now they are -the front and rear panels are completely removable with pins, though the side panels will not lock in place when the front and rear panels are removed -the side panels fold down. you can remove them by removing some bolts. My tiny complaints -there was a sloppy weld on the frame that rubbed against the spokes when the wheel was spinning. I simply switched the wheels around to solve this -putting the trailer on to the hitch is difficult. it takes a lot of force to push the pin into place -Valve on a tire was bad. -the reflectors in the rear are in a bad place. One of them broke off when i was standing up the trailer for storage.

Nice solid trailer with a 30 degree offset to the hitch which keeps the wheels from hitting curbs. It has more features than trailer twice the price!Whenever someone asks me where I got the trailer I give them your website.I use the trailer for shopping and I haven't taken it off my bike yet!I wish you continued success!

I bought the trailer for the size, price and quick release wheels. There was some difficulty in assembly as the one wheel mounting bracket was slightly bent. Also, the plastic floor arrived broken in the one corner. After repairing these issues I do like the Wanderer.

Rating Great Trailer, Fatal Flaw

Preface: I commute exclusively to and from work via bike, as well as meet my daughter after school when she rides her bike to school. Whenever possible I try and bike to wherever I need to be, as long as it is within biking distance. Generally speaking I try not to get into a car. So I ordered the Wanderer bike trailer with hopes that it would help in my quest tobike as much as possible. I received my trailer quickly with all the parts and found assembly easy and quick. I instantly put my trailer to use making trips to the market, and back and forth to work with great success. After a bit of time using it I realized that the tires were wearing extremely fast. I got my trailer in the middle of July and the tires are now worn all the way through (*note I have a copilot kid trailer that has had significantly more daily use over the last two years and I just now replaced the tires ). Upon further inspection I found that the exterior tire mount for the right tire was mounted to far forward making the tire point inward. The result is excessive tire wear as well as the wheel bearings are worn out, making the trailer unfortunately unusable. So I cannot recommend this trailer due to the manufacturing flaw.
